Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by the portal inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
